 Types of Distribution Channels
Films can be distributed through various channels, each with its unique characteristics, advantages, and limitations:
 
1. Theatrical Release 
This traditional distribution channel remains crucial for gaining recognition and commercial success. Theatrical releases allow for physical premieres and help build a film’s reputation.

 Sales agents play a crucial role in promoting films to international markets and festivals. They have the experience necessary to negotiate and secure beneficial deals.
 
3. Streaming Platforms 
In the digital age, streaming platforms are becoming increasingly important players in the market. Determine which platforms best suit your film based on their strategy with independent films or major studios.
